The arrival of our first guest meant a flurry of activity yesterday. The CASA is clean, organized and we became more interested in meal prep baking and flower collecting.
(We've been very relaxed this season, just living by our bio-rhythms and enjoying the days without fussing. There are so many wonderful fruits and vegetables, it's easy to eat well without much fuss.
Spring has arrived in Chapala. The birds are singing at full volume, the morning symphony is my wake up call. Our Hibiscus are blooming, and the Jacaranda trees are bursting into blue-move blooms in the park and along the highway.
We will head to Vive Mexico tonight and enjoy supper at Augustine's restaurant, a down home eatery with local artwork.
