Ivan created a new sweet suite downstairs, an amazing accomplishment done in only 3 months. He tiled the entire new bathroom he created, as well as the delightful little kitchen that now allows our downstairs tenant to have a private independent and comfortable world. This work was done with some help from Steve who did all the dry wall and some of the electrical. But Ivan did most of it with determination, his usual passion and lots of great ideas.
Ivan dedicated endless hours over the last several months and will enjoy a much deserved rest in sunny Roca Azul very soon. We have happy tenants and feel really good about leaving our home with Steve to watch over things.
